Registration Listing

Basketball 2024-25

Basketball registration Sept. 15th - Oct. 15th. A $20.00 late fee will be charged after Oct. 15th.

Boys and girls ages 5 - 15. Age cutoff is Sept 1, 2024

Age groups are as follows:

5/6 - CO-ED skills developmental

7/8 boys - skills developmental

7/8 boys - traditional

9/10 boys

11/12 boys 13/15 boys

7/8 girls - skills developmental

7/8/9 girls

10/11/12 girls

13/14/15 girls

Cost of registration is $95 per player.

Skills development league will be $65 per player

$25.00 out of district fee

NOTE: The 5/6 co-ed league will be a skills development league this season. We will have two practices a week with all players attending. The players will be divided into groups. We will have stations for different skills and the players will rotate through these stations at each practice. After 4 weeks of this, during the 2nd practice time we will split the players up and play 3v3 small sided games.

We will be offering a 7/8 co-ed skills development league this season. This program will be the same as the 5/6 co-ed development league. A 7/8 boys and 7/9 girls traditional league is still being offered for players that do not want to participate in the skills development league. Players will not be able to do both they must choose traditional play or skills development.

Practices will be at Lee Road Jr High School gym

Practices will begin the week of Nov. 4th. Practice days and times will be determined once registration closes and teams are formed.

Games will begin the week of Dec 2nd. Games will be in Lee Road, Abita, Folsom, Lacombe, Covington and Coquille. Game schedule will be completed once registration closes and teams are formed.

If your child is trying out for a school team and still wants to play recreation basketball they still need to be registered by Oct. 15th.

Carpool request are not accepted. Only guarantees are siblings playing in same age group, will be on same team.
